    Thank you very much for this. Simple steps but very difficult to enforce after we have been misinformed/not informed/and also taken on our own bad habits. I am a female in my early 30s who has a number of alignment issues from athletics and running. I have seen 4 physical therapists in a year 1/2 and this is the first thing my most recent PT has gone over. Before him no-one had even looked into this. amazing what a change this can make!
